Carl graduated from a management development program with Deloitte & Touche. He then entered the transportation industry with the Yanke Group of Companies, where he progressed through several key management roles. Carl and his family relocated to Regina in 1999 to develop a comprehensive truck logistics program for Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. Carl holds a professional designation with the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT) and he is also the cofounder and Vice-Chair of the CITT Saskatchewan Council. In February 2003, Carl brought his experience in senior management positions, marketing, logistics and corporate re-engineering to FarmPure Seeds, and in 2005 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of FarmPure Global. Carl also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer of FarmPure Foods in 2007. Carl is currently serving on the board of Saskatchewan Trade Export Partnership.

Stephanie attended the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained her Diploma in Agriculture. Stephanie spent some summers working as a horse trainer and ranch hand and upon graduating, worked as a seed production assistant with Proven Seed and then as a customer service representative with Agricore United. Stephanie joined FP Global in October 2005.

Jörg Zimmermann joined FarmPure Global Inc. in February 2006 as the Manager of Eurasia Operations based in Stuttgart, Germany. He acquired his Masters Degree in Agricultural Sciences with a major in Agricultural Economics from the University of Hohenheim in 2000 and obtained his Ph.D in 2007.

Jörg is the co-founder of a 1,200 hectare grain farm operation located in the Samara region of Russia. His previous experience includes farm consulting services for clients in Germany, research work in Ukraine and Russia, and extensive practical training on several grain and mixed farms located in Germany, Russia, France and Canada. Jörg is fluent in German, Russian and English and has a basic understanding of French.

Gordon graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Plant Ecology. He is also a Professional Agrologist with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists. Currently, Gordon is Chairman of the International committee of the CSTA and the Saskatchewan Canola Growers Association, and has served a number of roles in various committees and councils relating to agricultural development in Saskatchewan . He also retains an active role in the family farm.

Gordon was previously a member of the Saskatchewan Consulting Agrologists Association, and was the lead in the development of the Saskatchewan Forage Seed Development Commission. He held positions of Production Fieldman and Production Manager for SW Seed Canada Ltd. and also has international consulting experience, with a project in China in 2003. Gordon was in his current position with SW Seed Canada Ltd. when he joined FarmPure Global.
